Absolute best experience! From start to finish, everything was 5 stars , amazing communication, super quick response time, such a warm greeting, and impeccable service. And the prices are great for the quality you get. Easy to converse in English as well. I went for a facial and IPL & they were absolutely incredible. I had a really good experience here. I’ve done two Sylfirm treatments and three TCA CROSS sessions, and I’m very happy with the clinic. The doctor is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. I originally came for Sylfirm, but she also suggested a much less expensive treatment that could work well for me, which I really appreciated. I can also see a real improvement in my skin — my post-acne scars are definitely becoming less noticeable. The aftercare is great too — they messaged me several times after the procedures to check how I was healing. It feels like they genuinely care about the result, not just the treatment itself. Would definitely recommend.
Ich war während meines Thailand Urlaubes in der Klinik, um einige kleinere Änderungen an meinem Gesicht vorzunehmen. Ich habe zunächst über Whatsapp mit der Klinik Kontakt aufgenommen und noch am selben Tag einen Termin erhalten. An diesem wurde ich professionell von dem behandelnden Arzt beraten und transparent über die Preise aufgeklärt. Bereits am nächsten Tag fand dann die Behandlung statt. Ich bekam Filler in die Lippen, Kinn und Wangen und Juvelook unter die Augen, um Augenringe zu verringern. Während des Prozesses wurde ich ultra lieb begleitet und so konnte ich die vielen Einstiche gut überstehen. Das Ergebnis: sehr natürlich, dezent und trotzdem ein eindeutiger Effekt - genauso, wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. In den darauffolgenden Tagen stand das Klinikpersonal weiterhin mit mir in Kontakt und beantwortete alle Fragen. Auch eine kostenlose Vorort-After Care ist jederzeit möglich. Ich war insgesamt vom Service und dem freundlichen, kompetenten Personal wirklich beeindruckt und kann diese Klinik daher wirklich jedem wärmstens empfehlen!
